The voice of scripture is indispensable to Christian living. The study of God’s word should not be abandoned to our brothers and sisters in the pulpit. We do ourselves a great disservice if the only time we take a peek in the book, is on Sunday, with our church family.
As believers, we should be doing more than taking a peek. We should read the word attentively and study diligently for our own spiritual enrichment and development. There are more resources available today to help us start our journey. We have no excuse. 😀
