Our Vision
The scripture says,“Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; old things have passed away; behold, all things have become new.” (2Cor 5:17).
We at Higher Life Christian Centre believe this truth and desire to go beyond a mere religious experience.
Our vision is to take people beyond the initial experience of the New Birth and empower them by God’s word to let the New Creation dominate every area of their lives. Be it their marriages, their family life, raising their children, living single, their careers, teenage life, whatever it may be.
It’s all about Christ in you expressing Himself through you.

Jesus died on the cross and shed His blood for our sins. We believe that salvation is found by placing our faith in what Jesus did for us on the cross. We believe Jesus rose from the dead and is coming again.

Pastors Biography
Olu Akinkunmi
Olu Akinkunmi is the Pastor of Higher Life Christian Centre. He has a passion to reach people with the Good News and help believers comprehend who they are in Christ. He firmly believes, understanding who you are in Christ will transform your experience of the Christian Life.
Olu has served as an assistant Pastor for 12 years in the United Kingdom. He also holds inspiring seminars for singles and those in relationships contemplating marriage. This is an open forum to encourage and strengthen them in Christ.
He is married to Sharon Akinkunmi. She loves working with adults and young people who have experienced neglect, abuse, separation/loss and other similar difficulties. She hosts “Real Women Real Lives,” a forum which helps women deal with issues about relationships, healthy living, family life and emotional well being. She is also a qualified Chartered Psychologist.
They have been married for over 15 years and have three children.
